The Laburnum project is a prime example of how to completely transform the interior of a property with minimal disruption and time. Turning this 3 bed into a 8 bed and bathroom – We incorporated modern finishes and seamlessly integrated health and safety features to meet the regulations in the area. The layout of the existing kitchen space lent itself to a double cooker setup, as seen in the images, allowing two occupants to cook at the same time without any fuss.
